I have dissolved Phenidone in Propylene Glycol without any problem. I uses
a hotplate/magnetic stirrer, but there are lots of methods. Recently, I
bought a gallon of Glycerin to use in a homebrew ink base. If anything, it
appears less viscous at room temp. than PG. In any case, all you have to do
is heat them up a little bit to get them less viscous.
