[pure-silver] MicroSight 25x focuser problem

Another problem. Sorry. The 2 inner pieces, the circle with hair for adjusting focuser and another black metal ring, just fell out of my focuser. I tried to fix it by unscrewing the eyepiece on top and positioning the two rings inside that bottom of the eyepiece, then screwing it all back into the frame of the focuser. I put the piece with the hair into the eyepiece first, then the ring on that. That small ring has threads on one side. I've tried it both ways, but can't seem to get the hair in focus now. Sometimes when I turn the top of the eyepiece, trying to adjust, the part with the line turns too rather than remaining stationary.


Have I done the right thing removing the eyepiece to replace those fallen parts? It's a pretty simple instrument. Seems I should be able to get it back together correctly.
