I called LI Cust. Serv. this morning to cancel my 3 month (ordered 8 OCT)
old order for mat board. I questioned why they had charged my CC three
months ago when they knew this was backordered. The CS person stated quite
succinctly (that is, they've obviously answered this question MANY times)
 that was their policy enacted in AUG 09, and that it was clearly disclosed
at the time I placed the order. Anyway, my order for mat board was STILL
backordered and she could not yet tell me when it might be fulfilled. (I'm
quite certain that I could get a custom BMW ordered from Europe and have it
delivered sooner.) She was at least polite and apologized.
