Before sending off my Commercial-Congo 210mm/4.5 in Copal #3
shutter to Grimes, Inc., I had the thought: they are going to fix it,
why not shoot some WD-40 in it? It will probably cost north of $200 anyway.
I'm a wise fool! It worked. The slow speeds are now working and
the 2 bills are still in my pocket.
To the wise: don't try this!
I think all the chatter on the frig lite helped! Thanks everyone!
