Hi, looking further still, it seems the early Mamiyaflex Porrofinders

S76 marked. I'll just get a Wein air cell replacement.

I STRONGLY recommend against the Weins. They have a very short shelf life
and are super expensive. If you plan to use the finder a lot, the CRIS
solution is the best in my experience.
There is one other possible approach. It's not important that a meter be
accurate, only that it be consistent. You could use an S76 and compare
the Porrofinder readings against a know good meter. In all probability -
if the Porrofinder is still calibrated for 1.35 volt battery - is going
to give you exposure indications that are 1-2 stops UNDER what they should
be. That's easy enough to deal with so long as the Porrofinder does
this consistently for dark and light subjects - just crank down the ASA
accordingly. Suppose you discover that the meter reads 1 stop low with
an S76. Then just set ASA to 1/2 of what it normally would be. So, if the
real ASA is 100, set the meter to 50. Problem solved.
Again, for regular use, I prefer the CRIS solution.
