The answer here in the US is ArtCraft
http://www.artcraftchemicals.com/products/ . They're in NY state. Carry and
ship most everything photographic, current or old.
But I don't know what restrictions there are on shipping to our northern
neighbor, but they've been in business a long time, so probably know how and
how expensive it is to ship to you.
