PTR1 Upgrade Concerns

Hello everyone,
Several times over the last several months, I've E-mailed Plextalk regarding
future upgrades for the PTR1. What concerns me is this. I have never
received an answer.
I asked things like when the next upgrade might be expected.
I have also made a few suggestions.
Again, like I said, no answer.
Does anyone know if and when Upgrades for the PTR1 will be forthcoming? Or
they moving on to newer equipment.
