Hi,
What I said is that in the last several months they have not been answering,
I never said that the never answered. In fact in another post I said that in
the past they did answer requests for information.

With all due respect what BS. Its one thing to say they don't answer as
often as you would like but to come right out and say they never answer is
false and and out right lie. I have been on this list of a long long time an
as a manufacture they have been better than most even though there first
language isn't even English.
As a matter of fact many ideas that were in version 2 were openly discussed
on this list and there spokesman did his best to participate when ever
possible. Its really to bad but if this list is going to go the ways of most
of the others slamming spreading out right falsehoods then maybe its time I
left although I had received a great deal of assistance both from users and
the company.
