ah, yes they can overlap if you set them to the same coordinates, think of them like labels, if you put one on top of the other, you can only access the top one, but if you place one touching the others edge either to the right of the first, or under it, then you have access to both.

I have read in help (jaws key+h), that num pad 5 announces the co-ordinates information, and yeh, it does. But not the other informations like overlapped control on one another.
