Hi Jeff, I opened up the event viewer a few days ago. I'll look there again. By application logs, if you mean the Apache error log, yes. I got the error code from there. I found a Wiki about MySql. It said that one of the issues could be that the service is not starting and told me how to test using the command line utility sc. I ran those tests. That's how I found out that the problem was that the service is never starting. I'll have to wait until tonight to get specific error messages to post. Thanks.
