Read access is open, but write access requires permission. In other
words, you can download the code and do whatever you want with it, but
if you want to contribute a patch/enhancement/change, you have to have
developer access.

If you have subversion installed already on the command line, you type
the following:

svn co https://sappy.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/sappy sappy

Or if you use tortoise on windows, you can grab it from the following
repository:

https://sappy.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/sappy

We build in Visual Studio. To build, you need to put the standard Java
JNI files into your visual studio directory, if you don't have them.
If you just want to see the code though, you can do that with whatever
tool you want.
