Visual C++ express 2008 is the IDE. Is tehre a way to completely bypass the IDE and compile source files with one ore more simple commands like those you can do for MinGW ? My point is that I don't want to waste time using a slow and partially unaccessible IDE... I love my notepad and my command line.

If there's a way to use COM client in MinGW I would be happy

Anyway, I'm completely unable to click on the download button, even if I can see it with jaws, in IE8 as well as in FX3.6. Windows 7 32 bits, jaws 12. I tried with enter, unpad slash, and even with the jaws cursor, with or without focusing the button with tab or simply with the virtual cursor. In best case I land on the language combo list.
