UML Tools

Hi guys
btw, thanks to those of you who responded to my query on MS Visual Studio.
Now, I am also looking for accessible/usable UML tools. The purpose
being the creation and analysis of UML diagrams. Does such a thing
exist? I once tried rational rows and nearly lost the will to live. *g*
Any advice would be most welcome.
