I agree with Clint. It looks like IE is trying to go an internet site with an IP address of 1.0.0.0 which doesn't exist. Find your "hosts" file. Look for it in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc . That's where it should be .. otherwise just do a search in your windows folder for it.. Open it in notepad, copy the contents and post it to the list. We'll take a look at it.
