When I had problems with it their support sent me the
instructions below and it worked.
I understand that you are having problems with HOUSECALL..
It is possible
that the downloaded components got corrupted. Please delete
the following
files. Removing this files and loading Hosecall again would
replace
corrupted files, if there are any.

1. On Internet Explorer, click the Tools Menu > Internet
Options . On the
General Tab, click on the clear History and Delete Files
button, then close
your browser.
2. In the C:\WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES", right click
of HOUSECALL
CONTROL the click remove.
3. In the C:\WINDOWS\" delet the following files:
patch.exe ok
patchw32.dll moved to my doc/computer info
tmupdate.dll file not found
tmupdate.ini not found
unzip.dll done
vptnfile.xxx (xxx is the pattern number) done
vsapi32.dll done
zlib.dll done
AUBackup folder done
AUBin folder done
Ausrc.tmp folder done
loadhttp.dll not found
4. Visit housecall again at <http://housecall.antivirus.com>

This problem will most likely occur if there is a slow
internet connection
or a proxy server problem. Please try to access HouseCall
again. It is
strongly recommended that you access HouseCall during
off-peak hours. If you
are using a proxy server to access the Internet, please
check your proxy
settings (i.e. Username and password)

If you encounter some problems please dont hesitate to give
me the details
for a quick resolution

Thanks for using PC-cillin as your computer protection

not hesitate to let us know if you have further inquiries.
