I am going to leave this to the real experts on PCTT but have a couple of 
ideas.  I would run the virus scan (whatever you are using), then 
housecalls, and then Malwarebytes after updating.  And is it possible you 
might need a new CD-DVD drive?  I had to replace the one that came with my 
last PC.
