It sounds like you were using Windows Media Player - the easiest thing to do is download and reinstall it. Follow this link. Download the program to a directory that you know how to find. After it downloads it may give you the option to install, install it. If you do not get the option to install then close your browser and any other programs you are running. Go to the directory were you downloaded the program to and find the program.
