I tried to follow these instructions, got as far as LIST TOPICS button 
(there wasn't one).  However, the search for pop-ups resulted in over 30 
pages of info on pup-ups and blockers.
I closed that and just happened to click on Tools (in IE) and there it 
was: pop-up blockers>
turn off pop-up blockers.  So thank you. ~Glo

Open Internet Explorer, click HELP and select the SEARCH tab.  Type in
"pop-ups" without the quote marks.  Click the LIST TOPICS button and 
then
double click on the topic(s) listed in the space below the button...
