Oh ok how do I do a overclock? I did try to change the speed in the set up

Nope, the 440BX uses what is called a slot one socket.
That is where you plug your processor in. This is a
cartridge type of package. Think of it as the original
nintendo game cartridge or the old Atari 2600.
Or more closly the PCI connection in your computer.
The newer pentiums uses what is called an FPGA design.
it is flat, square and thin. Completly different.
