Hi MNL,
Can't you get a laptop with the GPS and map software?
Or the smaller GPS with output to a laptop, or better yet a LCD monitor.

I want the laptop with DVD burner and satilite internet access, get all the
toys in one.

They have the GPS now with voice comand so you could drive by listening<g>

All of your toys are expensive!
The Lexu$ probably cost a couple of bu$hel$ of buck$ too.

It is only money after all.

Somebody has to spend it and boost the economy.

Mike ~ It is a good day if I learned something new.

Thanks Mike. I've been looking at those, and the Magellan 750nav. I was
hoping to find some with a larger display that's easier to read while
driving. My wife just got a Lexus SC430 and it has a huge display for
GPS.......very easy to read. My intent is to use this while driving to a
fire with lights on, etc., and therefore it has to be easy to read. I was
also hoping to find some more reasonabl;e costs. The Magellan is around
$2000. Expensive little toy huh!?! <laugh>

=A4| =A0http://www.garmin.com/products/gps5/ The GPS V is one versatile
=A4| =A0navigator that delivers automatic routing, detailed mapping and
=A4| =A0WAAS capability =3D97 all in a compact handheld GPS. It comes with
=A4| =A0the MapSource City Select CD, which gives you access to detailed
=A4| =A0street-level maps with locations of restaurants, hotels and other

=A4| =A0Use the GPS V to look up a location and it will automatically
=A4| =A0calculate a route and guide you to your destination with turn-by-
=A4| =A0turn directions and audible beeps that alert you to upcoming
