 i have a medion pc bought from toys r us. (lincoln uk)
after a few months it would not start up so i phoned them, after the usual
questions the guy said yep it sounds like the hard drive has gone belly up.
they gave me a number to phone to set a time that they could call round and
fix it.
the engineer turned up on time two days latter and fitted a new hard drive.
  a few months later i wanted to restore my pc using the restore disks, but
one of the disks was missing so i phoned and they sent the disks
only problem was they sent the wrong disks they sent M E disks
i phoned again (i lost count of the times the guy said sorry) they then sent
me the right disks, they then phoned me to check that i had got then and
theyadded a extra month onto my warranty for all the trouble i had gone
through.
  if i was in the market to buy another pc medion would be on the top of my
shopping list.
