Milady, I have been experiencing the exact same thing. It started last week, I now have SpySweeper, SPyBot, Ad-Aware, and the Google Toolbar and it still continues. It makes me crazy because I don't even use IE and having the IE window open unexpectedly to shwo me adds is reallt ticking me off. Get back to you later,.
