Would this be the Roxio Installer running at the most inopportune moments? If so, then do a search for 'Roxio' on your system and you will find a bunch of files coming up. Click on those with an '.exe' ending in their name to see what they'll do. If the installer comes up, then delete that file - I found two instances of them, deleted both and now I do not have the bleedin' installer coming three times at minimum, sometimes more. However, I do get a message coming up asking me for the CD, thankfully it goes away with a single click. Hope this has been helpful.
