Gman is right that you probably are administrator already, but if you want
to verify then:
1) Open Control Panel
2) Open User Accounts
3) Check that your user says Administrator instead of "Limited Account"

I would do this myself but I have not a clue where to go to find this 
administrator privilegs. I thought it might be the safe mode logon because 
there are two logons, one that gives the computor name administrator and one

just plain administrator. But I sure ddin't want to make a mess so I left it

alone.   Maybe you can tell me where I should be with that and I can give it

another go so I get the right place.
