If youcan figure out the last fix, you can remove it via control panel..go
into the MS site and find out what was last downloaded.

recognize that the CD is inserted.

I have Nero 6.31 and it was working fine until Microsoft did "LAST FIX"=20
I have 1000 fixes grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Any ideas?
