You have probaly already thought of this, but have you had her go to Roxio
and check for updates? I jusy got XP and had to get an update. Seems there's
something in EZ CD 5 that causes problems with XP.

> One of seniors is having a new problem with CD creator 5.  Her operating
system is XP.  A few months ago when she first tried it she successfully
created one.  Now when she does the same routine it goes through the motions
but it only goes half way & pops the CD out.  Well, of course she thought
she had a bad CD, so she put several in & none of them get to the end before
the drawer pops out with useless CD's.  She has gone through 7 of them with
the same results.  Does anyone have a suggestion?
