I'm using Eudora and have never seen one of my emails show up using the
=20 on it.  You might need to simply reset the message window width?  Seems 
like it did that to me once and widening the setting number fixed 
it.  (Under Viewing Mail option).  Worth a try anyway.  Mine is at 100 if 
that is any help.  It may depend too on what font you use?  Not sure on that.
