Believe it or not, they put the tower on top of a grain elevator which
is behind my house.
It is only around 1000 yards away. 8-)

If any is wondering it is $30 a month for 1.5 up and down and no
bandwidth limits that
I have found.

The cable company charge $35 for a 128K connection with a 5 gig limit.
I download 5 gigs in one download.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
