I wrote Asus gave them the serial number and name of my motherboard-- --they gave me the right bios--for my motherboard they were extremely helpful I must say. I got the utility that will back up your the old bios just incase I backed it up on a floppy--and don't forget to mark it and I put the new bios on a different floppy too-- , You need to be careful make sure you get the right one. I flashed the bios many times but I always took my time to make sure I had the right one and followed the directions. Once I did that it took care of the hard drive storage problems. All my devices were in order and yellow astericks were gone. You need to download SP3 and install it, Make your system partitions NTFS as for me I am also running Windows 2003 server too. I left you an url-- the last email, check it out. I have been running Windows 2000 pro SP3 for 2 years. I must say I have been quite happy with it.
