CHRIS BROWN OUT ON BAIL LOS ANGELES (AP) Chris Brown's arraignment is
tentatively set for September 20. Brown was arrested Tuesday after a
14-hour standoff with police at his home in Los Angeles. Model Baylee
Curran tells The Los Angeles Times Brown pointed a gun at her face
after Brown and another man got angry when she admired the man's
jewelry. Brown is free on $250,000 bail. Brown completed his probation
only last year from his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna. His
other run-ins with the law include a misdemeanor assault charge for
striking a man outside his tour bus in Washington in 2013 and an
accusation of throwing a brick at his mother's car after a counseling

RECORD EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) Bruce Springsteen and the E Street
Band keep breaking their own record. Tuesday's show in East Rutherford,
New Jersey, clocked in at four hours. That's a record for their longest
U.S. show. Their previous record was 3 hours and 59 minutes, set at the
same venue last Thursday. Their longest show ever was in Helsinki,
Finland, in 2012, at four hours and six minutes. MORRIS, CHURCH,
STAPLETON LEAD CMA NOMINATIONS NASHVILLE (AP) Maren Morris says she is
humbled at getting five nominations for the Country Music Association
Awards. She tweets, "Fight for your art and the rest follows suit. Eric
Church and Chris Stapleton also have five nominations each. Stapleton,
Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban are up for
entertainer of the year. New artist of the year nominees are Morris,
Kelsea Ballerini, Brothers Osborne, Old Dominion and Cole Swindell
(swin-DEL). The CMAs will be November 2 in Nashville. SOUND:
