I don't blame you for not wanting to live in New York--especially after
what happened on that terrible day. I never wanted to live in New
York--and now I have a good reason not to live there.

It was horrifying even for us, and we weren’t close by. So I can well imagine how terrified you must have been. New York is still very vulnerable to such heinous crimes though. I’ve never considered New York a place I wanted to go visit for many reasons and that day I was glad no one in my family was there. God bless America.

Hi, Kathleen,
I remember exactly where I was when it happened 15 years ago. I was at
my parents' house. At 6 that morning, my brother called to tell Mom that
we had been attacked by terrorists. Mom woke me up to tell me the news
and I could hardly believe what I was hearing. I was in such shock and
disbelieff. I thought "how could something so terrible happen on
American soil".
