On that morning a friend of mine came home from work very early. At the
time heworked at the Department of Motor Vehicles so everybody was sent
home early.

is an emotional thing, not relative to the weather, or the friendliness or

crimes though. I've never considered New York a place I wanted to go visit
for many reasons and that day I was glad no one in my family was there.

I remember exactly where I was when it happened 15 years ago. I was
at
my parents' house. At 6 that morning, my brother called to tell Mom
that
we had been attacked by terrorists. Mom woke me up to tell me the
news
and I could hardly believe what I was hearing. I was in such shock
and
disbelieff. I thought "how could something so terrible happen on
American soil".
