No. The database has no idea how many business transactions
are processed by your applications.
Applications need to build this into the software. SAP for instance does
this.
The database can tell you how many COMMITs have occurred since
the database has started, but that is not a measure of business
transactions.
Some damagement report needs this.
Tell them to ask the application folks.
