Rachel - I find the pdf documents are great for that purpose. Print 'em off, bind 'em, do whatever you choose past that point. I agree that a "changed" document would be great past that point, but I fear that belongs to the ancient era when looseleaf binders ruled the earth. You could probably make your own with some creativity. Convert the old and new pdfs to ASCII documents then pass them through Unix diff or text comparator of your choice.
