You may all thank me by sending bottles of single malt to my address in 
Australia.  I pleaded with the doc team to bring that little gem back, and they 
finally saw the wisdom and agreed.

Ah, yes. I remember that little jewel very fondly. There are a couple of 
options that I know of:
1) Purchase Oracle in a Nutshell from O'Reilly or Oracle Desk Reference from 
Prentice-Hall.
2) Get the 10g documentation...IT'S BACK! Yea!
