I used a trail of Quest's QDesigner software some years ago - the
company didn't buy it however, which disappointed me slightly !

I haven't done must (read any) design work for years now though, but
you can download a trial of the software from the above link. As far as
I remember, it was pretty good - far better/faster than Oracle Designer
which I was also evaluating at the time. (We didn't buy that one
either).
