It's not a UML tool but Schemester is free and a heck of a lot better at
modelling databases than Visio: http://www.schemester.co.uk/
If you do have Vision already and you want to add UML capability Pavel
Hruby has free ones on his web site: http://www.phruby.com/index.html

Subject: Non Oracle UML question
Hi,
Sorry for the non Oracle specific question but I was wondering what you
guys out there were using to build models (LDMs, PDMs etc.) ?
I would prefer cheap or free tools if possible but any recommendations
would be great.
TIA
Lee
