Not sure about the others, but this one poked me right in the eye:

That is completely wrong. Tell them to read up on their own product, called
Active Data Guard, introduced as an 11.1 enterprise edition option. And that
is precisely what it does.

You should probably ask for your SR to be reassigned, or even let a manager
know that you're being given totally wrong information there. Shouldn't
happen IMHO.
