Hi there,

Recently I have developed and read 2 days course on EBS WF for maintenance
and implementation teams. I was working in that area quite a lot and can
point you to the sources there you can get initial information to get
booted.
Take a look on the following book from EBS 11.5.10.2 Doc set:
"Oracle Workow Developer's Guide"
Section "8. Managing Business Events"

Do not be afraid from the name of the book.
Even if you are Apps 11i DBA it will be good to know those thinks.
Especially knowing that old WF engine is used in R12 and we will face
issue/problems with it during next 3-5 years for sure (no BPEL in EBS so
far).
