Hi,
BES is like a layer on top of the old Workflow Engine. Business Event
is nothing but any business event that occurs in daily business like
creation of a sales order or a PO, etc. When a business event is
created that particular event subscription is called. That event
subscription passes that to the workflow engine and that is processed.
EBS installation comes with a embedded workflow system. Again I myself
a beginner in this.
