And, if the number of hits had been commensurate with market share, the
number of hits on the PC term should have been around 35,000,000.  I guess
you'll just never get it.

What you remark about (the upgrades) a PC user would consider passe.  Last
week, I connected my prototype hardware to WindowsUpdate.  It had been
just over a month since I had last updated it.  There were 17 critical
updates, which I loaded.  Gee, if I only had a Mac, I would have had
something to brag about!
