[opendtv] Re: Once again The Ten Commandments is on ABC tonight in stunnig 4:3

The DVD is  full 16:9 with no black bars anywhere.
If the content is the same, what legal arrangements would ABC
need to have made to play from the DVD instead of their 4:3 version?
