Without going into detail, I can say that it is unlikely that I will ever
again be a principal in a title III licensee.  There ain't any money in
LPTV.

I have given some thought to applying for a developmental license in a small
town in Mexico, as part of a technology "incubator" that I play with
starting from time to time.
