Help me out here John.
Who was the chief engineer/technical director or high level exec who represented PBS during the ACATS process? He was a really good guy who was caught in the middle - he understood the importance of progressive scan, but "saw the light" in terms of getting major help with the HD upgrade from a vendor with both feet in the 1080i camp...
