[opendtv] Re: 060423 Schubin's Sunday Stuff (Mark's Monday Memo)

The numbers shot up when 25-to-35-inch TVs fell under the mandate.  Many 
(if not most) of those are 4:3 SDTV, like the RCA 32V524T listed in the 
most recent memo.
