Just received this from the Division of the Civilian Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps (DCVMRC). It is a guideline for Facebook and Twitter account usage. I have uploaded the policy to the OAGITM website under the Policies folder. Our plan/proposal is attached, which also includes guidelines for monitoring posts and how the resources will be used to convey messages and engage our audiences by DCVMRC staff. Feel free to review and/or use this as a resource and contact me directly with any questions you may have about our social media practices. I hope it is the plan is help to you and others. Additionally, if your unit is not able to engage in using social media tools, but someone else in your housing organization is, I highly encourage you to make friends with that person. They could possibly serve as an outlet for spreading the MRC message, promoting your activities, and recruiting volunteers and community partners. Good luck! Grace Grace M.
