I am modifying our current policy/operating procedures after a couple of
pilots. The pilots were primarily aimed at our mental/public health
departments who want to use facebook as a communication tool. I have
attached our current draft (please ignore the typos as it is really a
draft). In addition we will be changing our procedures a bit shortly as I
think I have finally found a social media backup environment that should
work pretty well for us. We just completed an initial evaluation of of
ERADO (http://www.erado.com) and will be doing a live test in the coming
month. I will let you know how it goes.
