Hi Derek
Absolutely, we'll be communicating just that to all etext customers via the

Thanks

MMMM so really we are entitled to a refund to cover the whole
Period of no access to email service.
RNIB has only offered us one month subscription adjustment.

If someone takes your money and then fails to give you what was agreed, they
are probably either in breach of contract or fraudulent.

        hello all,
has anyone else found that, as well as one's tnauk subscription,
RNIB is also asking for an additional £39 to access the server?
if yes, and more to the point, as one can't get stuff by e-mail yet,
does anyone else think they are taking the p*** by asking for this
additional subscription?

        Simon
