There's been a slight increase, particularly with CDROM customers
transferring over, but it's early days.
The free month's subscription was covered in one of our weekly
enewsletters to etext customers. I have checked your account and can
confirm that it has been added to your 12 month renewal.

I wasn't told about the free month's extra subscription when I renewed
mine

We can track both. Number of customers/subscriptions. We also have
information about what is being viewed/downloaded at a title level, on
what day and even hour of the day.
