If that's the terminology you need to use then yes.

Ok, lets start by agreeing on common terminology so we can all understand
you description a bit better.

Lets use "frame" for when you're talking about an area on the web page.

We can use "region" to talk about a geographic area.

People who add content can be called "contributors".

Those who manipulate content "editors".

The rest of us are whatever...

If this is agreed, then I understand that you want a web page/site with
multiple frames. Each frame can contain content from multiple contributors.

The Richland County frame will have more specific information and detail
about our region than other frames have.

Another frame might have information about what editors and contributors
are currently active on the system.

What else?

Chuck

Want I am trying to do is make an online tracking system for Richland
County
Skywarn. I want anyone that is running the weather to be able to login on
the system and if one location goes down due to a power outage, then
another
person that is logged in will be able to see who all is checked into the
net, any damage reports, ect.

I have RSS being brought in to display any watches and warning for
Richland
County in one area. In another area it is bring in the rest of the NWS
CLE
District 3 counties watches and warning. These counties include Crawford,
Knox, Marion and Morrow. I want this to feed into a database so that I
can
bring up any reports on damage or the entire event with NWS CLE needs more
information.

I also will need it to give me a monthly report on how many nets there
were
that month, number of check-ins and the amount of man hours for the nets
around up to .25 hours. This would be say if a net ran for 1 hr 7
minutes,
then it will be 1.25 hours.

To see all the information that I need to track, please go to
http://rcskywarn.com/SkywarnDocs and click on 1 and 2. These two
documents
have all of the information that I need to track. I just need it in a web
version that is submitted in a database, but also displays the current
nets
information.

Thanks,

Ken
